*Group class - Meditation

Even though some still think meditation is related to monks and religion, it is for us an incredible tool with which the philosophy of the center can be integrated. Described in many ways, meditation takes multiple forms. We want to share its basic concepts with our guests and the entire population, since we believe, they can help counter stress and much much more!

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the disciplines of Oriental Traditional Medicine whose goal is to improve health or alleviate pain. Acupuncture is based on an energetic vision of man and the universe to establish its diagnostic and therapeutic reasoning. The treatment of acupuncture consists of the implantation and manipulation of fine needles on certain specific areas of the skin, mucous membranes or subcutaneous tissues of the human body, called acupuncture points. Besides the needle, the acupuncturist can use heat, pressure, electrical current or light rays during this stimulation. Several scientific studies support the results of this method. ** Clients enrolled in an interdisciplinary treatment plan, can't take their appointment online, and therefore need to contact us (info@azzuan.ca or 514-312-5678)
